Mister "slipped away" he said, making the piece of cheese suddenly a piece. And I had to buy it too, otherwise I wouldn't have to come back. And so it happened. (not!!) So I do NOT participate in that. Too bad because it seemed like a really nice thing. Authentic. And the other man / owner was just friendly .. Would like to become a regular customer there. Anyway, we vote with our feet, shall we say? Who does not honor the small ......

Friendly staff and lots of choice in the field of farmhouse cheese. Of course there are also many other cheeses.
