We are not alien to both in the world of insurance, but when we compared and researched all insurance policies after purchasing our first owner-occupied home, it was quite a job. And where we could use some help. Looking at parties in our regions and reading reviews, we ended up at Cyril. After a request for contact, we were called the same day and a week later we sat at his office for a personal orientation meeting. Cyril took the time, really inquired about what is important to you and thinks along with what you need. If anything is unclear, he explains it calmly with the help of examples. Following the personal conversation, the fine advice and the nice package he had selected for us, Cyril arranged everything for us within a day after approval from us. With a tight deadline for the key transfer, he really took a load off our shoulders and we were able to sign for our house with peace of mind.
