Beautiful at night!!

Due to the high water, the locks are now open to let all the water flow faster to the sea. I understood that this happens at most once every 5 years.
Beautiful piece of Dutch architecture and waterwork! Especially impressive when the weir is slightly lifted so that the water thunders through it.
Nice place to visit and to walk around. We will definitely come back at high tide
