Madeleine really thinks along and does her best to get to know the deceased well. This has made my father's funeral very personal and appropriate. Because of her involvement she took a lot of work off our hands, which ensured that we had the time to say goodbye in the run-up to the funeral. What would normally be a stressful and unpleasant period, has become a period that I look back to with a warm feeling, partly due to Madeleine, and which really contributed to the processing of my loss. I would recommend Madeleine to anyone who doesn't want a "standard" goodbye.

We were looking for a small personal funeral home after my husband passed away. The choice was immediately noticed via Madeleine after having viewed her website and the first personal contact. She takes all the time and listens to our ideas, but also comes up with valuable additions herself. It is easily accessible and always available. We have enjoyed working with her during the intensive and emotional time for us. If you want a personal and well-arranged farewell, Madeleine is the right place for you. I can recommend her to everyone!

Madeleine assisted us very warmly when we said goodbye to (in-law) father and grandfather. Madeleine looks for solutions when the wishes of the next of kin are not standard. Take into account when saying goodbye to the grandchildren. We hope we don't need her anymore for now, but in the event that ... we'll be happy to use her services again.

Madeleine verstaat haar vak. Ze is betrokken, altijd vriendelijk en positief. Het fijne van haar manier van werken is dat ze over van alles goede suggesties heeft en het gezin uiteindelijk zelf keuzes laat maken. Erg fijn dat je er voor ons was in deze tijd! Madeleine Groenhof-van der Heijden of Via Madeleine Uitvaartzorg is extremely involved, empathetic and honest towards the families she guides. She has a warm and calm appearance and is at the same time decisive and knows how to tackle things. She fully contributes to the wishes of the family. She also suggests other service providers who can really add value to the next of kin, such as a ritual counselor or a farewell photographer. Communication with Madeleine was very clear and punctual. Her way of working allowed us to really be there as a team for the next of kin, despite our own expertise. As a farewell photographer I found a very nice cooperation partner in Madeleine.
