Good service but can be very busy at times

Very bad pharmacy, administrative mess. This pharmacy has taken over the customer base of pharmacy Backer. Since that time my medication has never been delivered correctly: preparing medication too early or too late; too clean medication or too much; do not use the pick-up machine while you wish to do so; say that no collection codes are ever e-mailed for the machine, while previously you always received a collection code by email; ignore the code "medical necessity" on a prescription from the doctor. The delivery service is not set up professionally: your medication can be delivered somewhere between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, for cash payment. You should not want to collect it from the pharmacy: the waiting times are alarmingly long. Several people work behind the scenes, but the counters are barely staffed. There is no privacy when collecting your medication. The entire pharmacy can listen in on your conversation at the counter. This pharmacy does not have the administration in order. My children were not registered with this pharmacy, according to a desk clerk. After searching in the computer, it turned out that there were records of the children, but they were not linked to those of the parents. I have since switched to another pharmacy.

Bad pharmacy, takes a long time to help you. In the end, they just give you a different drug than prescribed because then they earn more.
