I had a complaint about my compensation due to incorrect information provided by the operator. I had this handled via the complaint form, I received a nice email about this, she immediately informed that it was busy and that it could take a while. My complaint was fully investigated on the basis of the telephone recordings of the conversation between me and the employee. They agreed with me and resolved the complaint satisfactorily and I still receive my compensation. Thanks for the good service Amersfoortse!

Unfortunately, I too have bad experiences. I hardly ever write reviews. The customer service is below par (always someone else who answers messages in the app, telephone team with insufficient knowledge and forwarding to the right department is simply not possible). Simple questions escalate and problems are not resolved. Eventually I canceled my insurance (within 6 days). During that time I spoke, chatted and chatted with 9 employees of the Amersfoortse, without any result. I also don't feel that they find the cancellation annoying. Are they immediately rid of my question / problem.

If you are talking about criminals, you have to pay neatly at the Amerfoortse for years, but when I appealed to my AOV insurance, I was told that I must amputate my legs first.
