Horrible pharmacy. The staff is absolutely horrendous. Slow and uninterested. You always have to wait a very long time, because the staff is just so super slow. Even if they aren't helping any clients, they just ignore you and keep you waiting. Secondly, they absolutely do NOT respect your privacy. More than once I've been given someone else's medication because there are more patients with my last name in their database. They simply don't check if they give you the correct medication. They also shout out all your personal information in a crowded room. Therefore, I switched to another pharmacy. Never again am I coming here.

Actually 0 stars ... Very unfriendly, unprofessional staff, have to wait a very long time for me to be helped, there are 3 or 4 ladies there and I am still there for 10 minutes to be helped ... I always contact the pharmacy first to be sure that my medicine is ready, but when I enter the pharmacy I have to wait a long time for my medicines to be packed ... The pharmacy is really old-fashioned, old computers, it stinks in the pharmacy and often no medicines stock ... I often have to take my prescription with me and go to another pharmacy to pick up my medicines.

0 stars is the best possible rating, if possible in the negative. Unbelievable that this pharmacy still exists. Close this toko immediately. A few things are summarized below after having visited the umpteenth time after being told on the phone that my medicines are ready. This is not a snapshot. This is how it has been going for years without improvement. That is why I am now really unsubscribed immediately! Better communication in the Dutch language. Do not hold conversations in your own language. Don't make assumptions about medication use, because that's what doctors are there for. Patients do not make liars about drug use. Not losing prescriptions and then blaming the patient. Better stock. Good and clear communication when the prescription is available. Make professional phone calls, instead of talking to colleagues. No discussion about why I use certain medications, that's what doctors are for. Do not have patients come back multiple times if there is no supply, deliver instead. And if you deliver, please go to the correct address (also just in your system). Medicines are sensitive to privacy if they reach someone who does not know you at all. If a prescription is prescribed by a specialist, do not imply that the patient is using it for other reasons. When I pick up a pre-sent prescription, I don't want to have to wait another 30 minutes at the counter because the employees lack knowledge. All in all, I am still really impressed that this shop can continue to run with the same method despite all the complaints!

Ik kreeg mijn medicijnen niet mee omdat ik niet ingeschreven stond. Je hebt vrije keuze in apotheek. Het is echter niet verplicht om bij een bepaalde apotheek ingeschreven te staan.

Unfriendly staff. Especially that older lady who has to retire or something .. absolutely not friendly very blunt, think she can say anything. Think that is also because there are many elderly foreign people living there who cannot or dare to say nothing to her. When I opened my mouth she was suddenly different. Sometimes you have to put such people in their place.
