I wanted to deliver a number of packages to this store, but the owner was very difficult about the size of the letterbox package. It was obvious that the package went smoothly through the mold, but she thought it was not. Her reaction to this was by hitting the counter with the packaging and pressing it hard so that it would fit (according to her) (so it already did before she performed these weird maneuvers). After these actions, she was still not convinced and wanted to cut the box open to squeeze what is inside. Then I just stopped her that this really went too far, she was not served this and then looked at me very grumpy. After all this, she announced that the packages took up to 3 working days to get to the addressee. I was amazed at this because I am normally used to it being with the person the next day, her answer was "Do I speak Russian?" All in all a super customer-unfriendly lady that you don't want to face. I would absolutely never, ever return. Ridiculous trading!

Often empty shelves with offers. Always nag with thick letters that supposedly cannot get through the letterbox while the dimensions are correct. These letters and packages are accepted without problems at other stores. Very customer unfriendly.

Several times already had the idea that they would rather lose you as a customer than be rich. In exceptional cases, only come there to send a package, but even that seems too much trouble. I no longer bought stuff. Before that I drive to the Etos in Warmenhuizen, they are very friendly. From now on I will also go to the PostNL point in Warmenhuizen for parcels.

Were in the store for a letterbox package, the dimensions were already measured at home and was correct. But according to the owner it did not fit through the mold, pretty crazy if you put it diagonally through it. She didn't want to send it, as usual as ever, this was nm. Nice customer-friendly weather, you won't see me anymore!
