020 Tweewielers

I have never received such good service from a bike shop as I did at 020 tweewielers. The staff are so friendly and personable. They are always willing to help out and put the customer first. And, their services are products are totally affordable unlike other shops. Certainly the best bike store in West!

For a very easy thing to do I had overcharged prices and bad customer service. 8€ for the wheel inner tube, 17€ for 3 minutes for labor service. Very bad experience.

11-Aug 2020: Chain was off, he charged 14€ and next day strange sound started from my bike and chain went Off again, not at all satisfied with service. 12-Aug-2020: Today I went with same bike to diff bike store and they told me that problem is in my gear box and replacement cost is 70 euros, and I ended up selling my bike to him as this was too costly for me. Bike which I was using from last 2 years ended like this.

Best Bike shop in the City Amsterdam.

My brakes are finally working again! After an hour I could pick up my bike again. It is also very nicely explained what exactly is missing / broken. I'll definitely return!
