Top service and top 2nd hand washingmachine from Siemens!

Bought a fridge which was supposed to be new but ended up not working at all. Contacting this company is like trying to speak to ghosts..gd luck! First I got a mail saying I need to contact the production company of the fridge to come and fix it. Never imagined you buy a new fridge and when it doesnt work you are told to contact the producer. In the end they picked it up and payed me back fully which Im grateful for but I had to write my own letter (which I asked to sign) upon picking up the broken fridge. I did this because strangely you dont receive a delivery receipt or in my case any proof of being picked up. Never again!

Super unfriendly, when you try to call they don't answer but when you call with another number they can suddenly answer. I called for a friend of mine who bought a dryer. This dryer broke down after a month. Then they did not show up twice to exchange it, but eventually came with another one after two weeks. All this because I called with a different number than the number of that friend of mine! The new dryer is delivered and immediately turns out not to work. So that friend of mine tries to call again, and you guessed it! There was no answer after 12 minutes! So I decided to call again and had someone on the phone within a minute. Just like last time! She was friendly at first, but when I started talking about money back it became a lot less fun! I called them scammers and then she totally freaked out looking for evidence that wasn't true. She also said she scored high on reviews, to which I said I couldn't find any. Now she's going to contact that friend of mine if all goes well, but I'm afraid it won't work! In short: DO NOT ORDER WITH THEIR!

There was a wide choice of washing machines. Was sorry that there were no photos online of the machines that were second-hand. Only saw how badly the machine was damaged upon delivery. Delivery was top notch. It was brought up and connected for free, but I thought the customer service afterwards was bad. Afterwards I still had questions about purchasing extra items and customer service did not want to help me with that. I had to find out elsewhere from them. Very easy if an order has already been paid and delivered.
