I walked in the shop to have my bike handles replaced, as the current ones were getting worn out. I was asked to pick the handles I want from the shelf, and was told that the service of replacing is not included in the price. I asked for the service to be provided for me, which started immediately. After dismantling my current handles and getting the job halfway there (and very sloppy - it was not symmetrical between right and left), the mechanic suddenly said he doesn’t really have time for this (and it hasn’t even been 2minutes into the job). I told him that as a customer, I don’t have an idea whether he has time to give his services or not. But if you start it, you can’t leave the job half done and say you are not continuing because “you don’t have time for this”. In the end I was charged for the bike handles that were destroyed in the process of replacing (one was cut short to make it fit). Not recommended - unless you want to be charged for service and product that is not delivered, and additionally accused with anger of wasting the mechanics time. I will not be coming back. This is not how you treat your customers.

The two owners of this store are so friendly and honest. They let me try many different bikes and were very patient with my many requirements and giving me good advice. They also gave me a free ringer :) 10/10 would recommend

The owner is a very nice and friendly person. I bought a cycle from here but was facing problem with it for a week, when I went back to the shop, the owner gave me the option to pick any other cycle. I took another cycle which was just awesome! I would highly recommend this place for any of your needs related to second hand bikes.

Excellent customer service, complete with Turkish chai :). I didn’t realise that the breaks didn’t work properly until after i bought the bike, went back to the shop and they changed them along with the back wheel and added new gears as well. No extra charge as this was a fault of the bike. This is one happy customer.
