Been there many times. Always get the feeling it’s a privilege to be in there store. Poor service and expensive. It is because I don’t speak Dutch? And walking into a shop via a smoke filled entrance does not give the right impression. Sorry, there are much more welcoming and helpful bike stores out there that deserve your custom than this place.

This is my 2nd purchase from Vos. Knew I wanted to go back as I bought my bike here 3yrs ago. And again - They didn’t disappoint on service and advice! I’m a small frame 48” and knew it would be difficult to find. They took their time and gave me good professional advice for the upgrade. Not over selling but giving options. Super happy w my purchase and many miles ahead!

If you know what you need this is the place to get a good price. This is Not a place to go to have a relaxed coffee and a 2hr chat on the benefits of the new Dura-Ace ...and then pay 2000 over the average price :-) this is a place where you will get a good price and very little in a way of advice/talk.

Good prices and excellent service! Friendly and helpful staff. I bought a Dogma F10 frame and transferred my eTap, brakes and wheels from my Trek 6.9 Pro. Very little waiting time. A few days later I received the extended warranty from Pinarello.
