Excellent shop, only positive remarks on all aspects. I have been visiting this shop for over a year now. Good maintenance and repair service. Very friendly and if there is an issue they really help you out. This is where most shops loose a star but in this case I would actually want to add a sixth star rating. Also their accessories go for online prices it seems. The bikes they sell are at the high end segment but they don't charge you high margins on the accessories. I also would advise to take their maintenance package. Typically I would go cheap on this one but they really offer a lot for what you pay. Thanks!!!

A store for e-bike enthusiasts run by e-bike enthusiasts. I bought my first (and second!) speed pedelec here. The knowledgeable & friendly QicQ team is always ready to help out whenever necessary. Can't wait to try out their new QonQer bikes!

Started extremely well and ended very bitter unfortuantely. Not the best shop for non-Dutch speaking people or maybe individual customers, based on my surprising experience. Good salesmen, friendly and good technical people but dissapointing and a bit disturbing administration/back office staff with weird behaviour.

My bicycle chain jumped off and these guys repaired it for free in a few minutes. I am really grateful about it. They made my day :)) Thanks again!!!!
