Contacted via the app about a beautiful Miss Grace electric bicycle and a trade-in of a regular Miss Grace bicycle. Immediately that same evening Otis arrived at my door with the electric bicycle. Extensive explanation of the operation, despite the cold, allowed to drive test laps, very customer-friendly and also a lock for purchase price. Bicycle looks very nice, almost like new. We had contact with Otis on Monday for a Gazelle Exellent bicycle. After a warm welcome Tuesday from Otis and the honest information, I made a test drive. In the meantime, Otis has made my partner enthusiastic about an electric bicycle, which he had all the knowledge about and was eager to share. In the end I cycled back home on the Gazelle on Tuesday and my partner on the electric bicycle on Wednesday, with an extra free lock and the necessary tips, to enjoy the bikes as much as possible. This gentleman was interested in a Bosal bicycle carrier that I was selling. I already had an appointment with someone for a lower price. Since I had already promised this, I sold the bike carrier to the 1st (lower bidder). Otis Easy Bike was angry that he grabbed it and took revenge on Marktplaats. He gave me 1 star with the comment that I do not keep my agreements. What a sad little man !!

`Great service and reliable, does everything to explain the operation etc. to you and takes the time, also for your test drive. came for an e-bike for my wife, I liked it so much that I even bought an e-bike. Viewed and bought in the afternoon and delivered to our home for 21600 hours at the end of the afternoon. great man and if you need an e-bike, I definitely recommend OTIS 100%
