Can't wait till it's open again! I've been there a couple off times and I have to say; really good staff at the bar and restaurant!

Racist staff members. Discrimination. POOR, disgusting customer service.
One staff member (old woman, light brown hair, wore glasses) was so rude over the phone and in person. She tried everything she could to make sure that we would not enter the place, even though we rightly reserved. Tried to scam us by not offering a refund for cancellation even though another staff member said it was all okay.
This old woman should be fired. So angry.
Nice place but the bar policy is a bit strange. The manager must be thinking he works in Ibiza or something.
You pay 2€ for the locker (which they don't return of course :) ) so if you leave you wallet inside by mistake and dare to ask for a glass of tap water between two races, they leave you no choice and ask you 2.95€ for 25CL of water .... I really liked the explication "We would go bankrupt if we would give you a free cup of tap water"
Also the karts themselves are performing very differently. Would be wise to use the water money to maintain the karts, they'd be brand new I suppose.
The Karten, Bowling and lasergame were all superfun but the service was really! Terrible they are not focused on customer expierence, They served us cold french fries there is a lady who cant hear and blamed me for it.
