Unfortunately, my labrador who had broken her tendon and now just has been helped did not accept it in their insurance, I have to make a new application in 6 months, well then I would rather have a look through their fingers because so much had the dog also not on the vet's file other than the tendon complaint of her leg. But the employees were nice on the phone, I can't say anything negative about that 😁

Malicious Insurance Company: The Dog's Early Years Openly Welcomes. Our sweet dog now in her 10th year of life, premium suddenly, with a brief announcement more than 30% up. 400 euros per year (??). With the valid reason (after telephone contact): "this is how it works, sir". That's not how it works for me: 2500 euros paid for the first 9 years. Without any declaration. With the advice of the best lady: I ​​wouldn't do it anymore and just put money aside (?!). Bizarre party. Wouldn't do business with this company. Just put the money aside every year. Unfortunately canceled: no suitable alternative could be offered (for example you could think of a deductible increase ... but increasing premiums by 30% annually ... bizarre ...) Update: Thanks for the quick response. 1) Regarding the elevation: feels like the law of communicating vessels and perpetuum mobile. In other words, one is raised, the other goes along. Until the ceiling is reached and eventually - in this case - the animals are the victims. I wonder where you sit at the table as an insurance company ... 2) Regarding customer number: 54763. Yesterday, August 20, 2020, I had a very nice experience with the employee: Raymond Raymond, is very helpful to our customers and here I am very happy that you also have friendly employees because we very much need an employee like Raymond is. Raymond, furthermore, is very professional, friendly to customers and he helps to find a solution together.
