If you change your address, you suddenly receive an invoice of € 10 for 'address change fee'. You can make that change yourself online! I have really never experienced this. So I immediately cancel my insurance with them and I will never come back. Rascals.

Very bad communication, premium paid on time and suddenly a letter from RDW with a huge fine that it would have been driven around uninsured! Never received a letter. After mail traffic everything checked and proof of payment sent in June and no response to date. Every penny is too much, until now it is still just premium withholding, responding is too much to ask. Legal assistance is being asked for advice this week.

Scooter insurance taken out, asked for the claim-free years (by mail), correspondence please by e-mail, you will receive an automatic e-mail return, no response to the question. Calling they ask 4 digits of policy number that are not in my emails that I have received, also call if not a customer, on hold, on hold ...... Immediately canceled again! After this they finished neatly and quickly!

Worthless, cannot be reached via e-mail. You will be the first person on the phone for an hour. Nowhere can you see what you still owe. They have mine, my private / work mail and my private telephone number and of course my address. They can't even send a decent letter with what you owe them. People stay away from these types of ghost companies, something just has to go wrong and you spend a long time solving it
