This is the worst insurance i have ever experienced. Please dear students dont chose this insurance, its a complete fraud.

Worst customer service!!! Rude on the phone, also never called when they said they will. Emails were also never replied. Really unacceptable.

I had Aon Student Insurance and it was a terrible experience. At some point I felt ill and had to undergo a diagnosis and treatment. At that moment it was unclear if my insurance was going to cover the procedures. I tried contacting the insurance both by e-mail and telephone and they were always extremely rude and impatient, almost as if they were mad at me because I got sick. It was a very stressful period since I got no answer whether my treatment was covered or not until the end of it. Once I received the invoice, they paid 100%.... I don't understand what all that drama was all about.

Just on the transition from IAK to AON, lead was stolen from our roof. We were quick but there was some water damage. AON said that they would relieve us and that they would arrange everything. If the damage was less than 3000 euros we would be able to repair it ourselves but if we did not know she would gladly send a contractor to help with estimating ... well there it went so wrong ... The AON contractor saw gold everywhere and promised that the asbestos roof also had to be replaced immediately ... After a while the caretaker came into the air ... they needed a second appraisal to take a closer look at the whole story ... now we were already a bit suspicious and we started to worry a bit about the UNCREASION way from AON ... And indeed the brand-new hustler soon told that the costs were huge and that he came to make a deal. After some questions, the hustler suddenly looked very cheerful ... he had found a hole in small print, after another cup of coffee and some ideas about how it could be properly arranged for much less money, he went to the gym. Less than a week later, the monkey came out of the sleeve ... the house had just been empty for 6 months and so all duty of care lapsed ... we had no leg to stand on ... This is how 50 years of IAK premium payments ended and never a claim in a complete deception ... In the meantime, we have simply repaired the damage ourselves and after this review we can also whistle to that 3000 Euro ... After this review, contact was immediately sought for my data, but as could be predicted, it remained silent again ... Really super professional how you deal with people who have paid premiums for 60 years with the Philips insurance IAK and have NEVER claimed a cent ... really very professional that you are even too cowardly to contact!
