No claim received while I should have received it. About calls where they say that the physical therapist must submit the claim because he has a contract. However, this physical therapist did not have a contract with them. First time received reimbursement, now suddenly no longer. During a telephone conversation I will be transferred / put on hold. After 5 minutes it is not clear what the intention is. Hang up and call again when another employee answers and is rather rude to me. It has been promised to call back, but still has not happened. Perfect example of the cupboard to the wall. And get lost yourself through your own rules and small print. Chapeau.
