Medicines are often not available and must be ordered. The delivery service is well arranged.

Would be nice if a customer came first to start greeting. And when the customer starts greeting back nicely. A greeting is simply very polite. And if a mistake is made, first start with a sorry and then resolve it. Making mistakes is human, would be nice if it is resolved professionally. As a customer, do you feel that you are being taken seriously? And ask for the information you need to provide medication. Then the patient must ask what information is needed, I think it is the job for the employees.
