Very slow service

The staff are very helpful and friendly, but the machines to pick up medications don't work very well. It's also very hot inside. There's always that temperature shock getting in or out.

Eternal waiting time even with only 1 customer ahead. The workers are chatting with each other instead of calling customers.

This is one of the worst run and most poorly organised Chemists I’ve ever been too. Most of the time I’ve had prescriptions given by the doctor, and they’re not being able to be dispensed on the day that I need it, but they say it needs to be ordered in. I have had scripts half fulfilled and said that the script is ready to pick up and then when you get there, they still say they are waiting for something they have ordered and so need to go again. One time this has taken a week. Their machine dispensary has not worked twice and once dispensed nothing, so it’s near to useless. But worse than the machines are the human interactions, the staff are slow and they’re inadequate and I have often waited more than 25 mins just to,be told I’ll need to come back for said must order the medication in. I’ve watch many times as staff members, open often 5 to 8 drawers in their dispensary just to look for one drug, it seems that the medications are not put in an orderly system that makes it easy to find. They have said to people at times they are looking for alternatives but twice they couldn’t find it and tell them it has to be ordered in. It’s astounding that a chemist can’t dispense medications Fast, Efficiently, and on the day they see a doctor being sick and needing the said medications to help them get well, but need to come back days later. Another major issue is I get a standard drug every three months and will need it indefinitely, yet each quarter when it’s prescribed it needs to be ordered. Why can’t they know as I’m fixed to go to this chemist that I take and need this medication and that they keep it in stock. Appalling organizational system and terrible, slow service. Whilst all the time they are a service where they know You need them and have little choice but to use them, wait and put up with their terrible service so they just don’t care and do things as usual.
