Handling costs of a medicine for a first dispensing with a counseling interview are charged, but a consultation does not take place. At the very least, this should be offered, at least you pay for it.

This pharmacy itself changes medicines that have been taken for years to a cheaper brand. And say that the health insurer no longer reimburses these, although this is the case.

Good pharmacy with friendly and professional staff where I have been a customer from an early age. Because of moving to another neighborhood in Breda I was forced to look for another because it is too far from my current home for me. A pity, but it is no different. At BENU Apotheek (known by residents as Apotheek De Heuvel) I have been a satisfied customer all the time.

long waiting times, slow employees, worthless telephone system (1 waiting for me and then the connection breaks 3 minutes later because it is "too busy")

Skilled staff, sometimes longer waiting times due to crowds, but the email service that the medicines are ready is very handy.
