Apotheek Terheijden

Extremely dissatisfied with this pharmacy. My 80-year-old father received a bandage prescription from the doctor. Had to pay 50 euros for 5 patches. Received this without any form of explanation / instruction. Plasters had to be changed every five days but were now changed every day. Pharmacy assistant who I got on the phone about this did not think they were responsible, this was the task of the GP. Wasn't open to any kind of communication and wouldn't even let me finish. Upon inquiry with the GP, the instructions turned out to be on the prescription, they had failed to take over. Apparently it was also not necessary to check whether the use was known for 10 euros per patch. If we had bought the plasters elsewhere, half would have been cheaper and there would have been a box with instructions for use. The one star they get from me is to be able to post this message otherwise I wouldn't have given one at all.

Always a long wait and phone is a total disaster

Extremely rude and pedantic tone of gruff old pharmacist's wife, unfortunately the only pharmacist in the village. Madam can go straight to the candy house in the efteling. Terheijden would do well if a good pair of pruning shears went through this, a 1 in the absence of 0 stars

I agree with all bad reviews. Nothing in stock, customer unfriendly, slow. That you can still get away with this in this day and age.

Bad service, long waiting time and arrogant staff. So bad pharmacy !!
