Well forget it, this is also an agreement that Amslod does not keep. Dear people, if you claim service from Amslod, I have a problem. If you want to buy a bicycle, just go to the local bicycle dealer, there you will probably get something done. I will have to rate this review much too high so that it will be posted. The service that Amslod offers is special. If you want to request a repair during the warranty. This will cost you a lot of effort. And if you send an E-mail you will not receive an answer. And if you manage to make contact. And they say they call you back, they don't! And the three years that they promise a warranty is really a sham. Dear Sanne, I have not been away from home at all during the last week. And in addition, my e-mail address is also known to you! So where there is a will, there is also a way.

A great beautiful tidy shop. Was helped very well by the seller in Roermond, a youngster with a lot of knowledge of the e-bike had explained everything clearly to us. Furthermore, the service from Amslod is very good. We keep a small problem with the E-bike and the next day a mechanic arrived.

Good help and bought a new bike! The delivery was also fine. Only had to wait a little longer, probably because of the crowds. Just a good sign for you guys, because that means a lot of bikes have been sold!
