E-bike Specialist

Bought bike on Friday in early August. Wednesday afterwards picked up with a loan battery because the battery that came with it was not present. Would come in on Fridays. Today I went back for the 4th time because the battery would come and you get it, nothing again. The sale is passing on to the workshop, but it is not going well there either. Was told today that it may take months. Guys come on, what are you doing. When the sale is closed and the money is in the pocket, Hans and the staff seem to find it cut, in other words the aftersales is completely gone. Then give a call that it may take a while. If you don't inform yourself, you won't hear anything. (Then we are on the phone all day I was told). It's not that I can't drive because I have a loan battery, but just take care of your affairs and don't make promises that you can't keep. Eventually four weeks ago after itself have called several times (I would be called back by Annie, but that's impossible) got hold of the technical service, for the umpteenth time my story and within 10 minutes of checking the stock in the warehouse received a battery ..... So it is possible but why does it have to take so long. Satisfied ...... yes with the technical service, especially because it was resolved quickly and for the rest, no absolutely not because there are only empty promises from Hans, Annie and Kenji Hendriks (call back, we will keep you informed) . From the shop is even worse than I had now no battery yet because I'm sure they all there already forgotten what they have done a day or two before. Advice ... try to keep the customer informed and keep your agreements that would save a lot of irritation and bad reviews. in the end, Veldia only wants to have positive reviews.

We are very well helped. Many things can be adjusted. The people take the time for you and also contribute their own ideas and explain well what is and what is not possible. We are very happy with our balance bike, I would say if you want to buy a custom e-bike bike 2, 3 or 4 wheels, it's worth inquiring with the e-bike specialist

Quick repair done at the end of the afternoon. Estimated at € 20 to € 30. Called shortly before closing time, picked up bicycle, charged € 30. The gear does not appear to be working properly. Back next day. Diagnosis, replacement inner and outer cable, costs € 20. Did not agree. Second opinion, replace the adjusting screw, shorten the cable., Costs estimated at less than € 10. Back to Ebike Specialist, heard a complaint, but don't do anything ~!

For an institution of 30 people with a disability, I was looking for an (electric) Duo Bike. Accidentally came to this company and from the first moment of contact already a good and familiar feeling. Questions are answered promptly and well, together they look for a suitable bike and any options or tips. We arrived at a Huka Orthros, a very nice duo bike of which the electrical system is produced and installed by E-Bikelimburg itself, so the price can stay low and the quality is super! On delivery, they take the time to explain things about the bike, give advice and give any tips. It felt very welcoming and everything was negotiable. The bike and the electric system look perfect and very nicely finished. I am very satisfied with the way the bike is delivered and the quality of the bike itself. If we ever need anything else, we will definitely come back here!

This summer I bought an easyrider ebike with three wheels. The bike must be on the bus and my reasonably large dog must be able to join in the back of a basket. The sellers took all the time to listen and were very resourceful in finding solutions. Everything is possible and sellers go so far that they themselves make some tools to secure the dog basket, to get the bike in the bus and they adjust the controls so that it is optimal for me. The bicycle and the electrical system (their own brand) are very pleasant and easy to use. I can recommend these vendors to everyone: product, expertise and service are excellent!
