Very unfriendly by phone. Yesterday, medication was agreed by telephone with the GP and he told me that it would be at the pharmacy the next day. Call in advance if it was already there since I have 2 small children and do not want to take them with me now corona is prevalent. I was told that I should have been eavesdropping on the tape since 2 days was mentioned here for a repeat recipe (what I have is not a repeat recipe). Daabij indicated that they had no time for this (the telephone conversation literally took 2 minutes, if she had left out all the negativity it might have taken 1 minute) and that the doctor can say a lot. Very unfortunate because I think she could have explained this in a friendlier way. In the pharmacy itself, so far been kindly helped!
