Zielskracht Uitvaart Christien Heinsius

Christien's presence was reassuring. She took ample time to go through everything quietly and was open to all kinds of suggestions. Christien also had a good understanding of our mother, how my mother was as a person and what it did to us. She had an eye for everyone in the family, including the children, bringing peace. Christien enters your family during a difficult period, but because of her performance, a band quickly comes into which everything can be said. The best compliment to Christien was the spontaneous hug of the children after the farewell service.

What I like about working with Christien is that she takes the people she works for just as seriously as she does. This resulted in a nice collaboration between her and me. One with soul power.

My father Tijmen passed away in December 2018. We were - I suspected - one of the many families who had not thought about the approaching funeral in advance. After all, who would like to look forward to and prepare for death? A week before the death of my father, I happened to talk to Christien Heinsius from Zielstracht Uitvaart. We also mentioned the condition of my father and my expectation that the end of his life was imminent. Christien asked: "are you already busy with the preparation of the funeral" "No so". I said, "well in my head, but nothing concrete yet". "Then it is time" was the dry answer. Two days later I asked Christien to come by to discuss the (expected) funeral, one day later my father died. Christien then took care of the entire funeral, arranged everything and took care of us as a family for a large part. What is most important to me is the peace that Christien radiates in an emotional period that is so hectic for the family. In addition, she thinks about a lot of details without being intrusive or uncomfortable. Also on the day of the funeral, Christien is in the neighborhood when you need her, she looks closely at how everything is running, stays in the background if possible, but sees things when something needs to be done. We as a family were very happy that the funeral of father was created in a beautiful, dignified and almost stress-free manner.
