Mistakes are regularly made in this pharmacy. But there is always "double checking", and the error is quickly (almost always) placed with the customer. Numbers are not correct, wrong medicine is reordered. You take the medicines out of the machine, you check and it doesn't add up. Straight in. "Can't go back, has been outside". Unfortunately the only pharmacy in the village with a monopoly position. I hear many complaints about this pharmacy !!!
Brummen is a beautiful village, I should know I was born there.
Many mistakes, medicines rarely in stock, even got medicines for someone else. Very unprofessional.

What a bad pharmacy, disorganized and below average for me. There is usually something wrong with the recipes. Answers such as, it is still in the box and we have not unpacked it yet, you can come back later, counting errors, not sticking to opening hours and so on and so on. You would expect that the basic things in a pharmacy are well arranged ..... not at the Brummense Apotheek.
