123 Helicopter flights respond quickly and professionally to feedback.
At first I was not satisfied with the services provided and an email to 123Helicopter flights and a negative review was written on this.
I will not go into what the complaint was. I do however comment on the fact that within two days there was a response from 123 Helicopter flights.
Witnessing the response, the complaint has been listened to and taken into consideration. The response also shows that the complaint has been taken seriously and most importantly: an entirely reasonable solution has been offered.
The offered solution has been accepted and all negative feelings that had arisen after the flight have been completely removed.
With this, 123 Helicopter flights have quickly and professionally been named 'keep up ...'
After a bit unclear about the departure time and location, we missed our flight. Quick action was not an option as there were about 200 men to be flown around. After a while contact with the organization and we could write at the back of the queue. The view from such a helicopter is beautiful and as soon as the helicopter takes off you immediately feel safe (compliments to the pilot). All in all a trip which was worth it
On January 20 I made a helicopter flight of one hour with my husband. A very nice experience and beautiful. Recommended! Staff very nice and Twan the pilot did a great job. Our compliments for this company.
