DO NOT EXPECT WARRANTY We bought a three-point lock here 2 years ago, after 2 years it has already broken. The old lock lasted for 15 years. We visited and sir mentioned that we were unlucky because he really did not go after it .. the manufacturer would say that he himself had to buy a new lock for us and he was really not going to pay for it out of his own pocket. That's how mister got rid of it, with a Jantje van leiden .. fits his name well. The gentleman has no knowledge of business either, sir was referring all the time that the door had to be adjusted, that it could have sagged and that therefore the three-point lock had broken. I asked Mr. if he could see this from a distance and Mr. had no answer. At KROON technical wholesaler Emmen they told me that I can individually adjust each point of the three-point lock where the lock falls. Fortunately this has not been necessary, the lock that is now installed works better than the mess that comes from this case. Mister should be ashamed, the tramalant alone that mister made when I asked about the guarantee and the battle that mister entered into. I wouldn't buy anything here except something you don't need a warranty on anyway!
