BAD , RIP OFF and terrible customer experience! A part from a month delay with the delivery they tried to SCAM us with 4000 euro installation when all the other competitors gave us offers for 1200( what a difference........ less than half of the price!!) Response to stokerjie: The company that installed the fireplace is one of your CERTIFIED competitors. they used the high quality material and they are way more serious and professional than your planning team....
