I was very fortunate to find this bicycle repair shop. The owner is very decent and genuine, really knows his stuff and the prices are always fair. Always a top quality service, would highly recommend!

Last summer I made a deposit of 100 euros for a bicycle. But due to corona I had to return to Belgium. First contacted via Facebook, no response. According to me, I wrote you a letter with a copy of the purchase (pin) voucher on October 13, 2020. I have not yet received the 100 euros refunded. . I would like to receive the amount on my account. . Some people have been working longer hours since corona, my agenda has been full for months. My work wants to bring me closer for calamities. So I've been calling all day long. . I sent my message on August 3, 2020 at 12:07 PM. I saw on Facebook that you saw the message on August 3, 2020 at 4:36 PM. Check mark seen bottom right. . Finally, I would like to say the times that I had my bicycle made at your place. I gave a tip of 10 euros at the last time. That was not the first time. Which I find so sorry now that you are going to make a drama of it. Because you also had to contact me about the fact that there is a deposit for a bicycle. What do you want to do with it? Can I be of service to you. No, you have not undertaken this either. After the first letter you also took no action to resolve it for me. . You are not interested in the customer, but you want to tell your story. . This message will remain until I have received my payment back. Because that's not how you deal with customers and certainly not with me. What I had always had patience with you plus that I often gave you a little extra. I sent you a third letter on Tuesday 9 December 2020, with which you have not yet done anything. Haven't contacted me yet to resolve it.

I will never pay a deposit there, because you will not get your money back. The man is lying that he doesn't check Facebook. I even see a picture. I also see between the messages that he does not solve it himself with his customer. That the customer must go after it. That's a bad thing. Earning money easily.
