Very nice setup shop with good brands and selection, (esp for cargo bikes). However had a very unfortunate experience with their service department: My wife has a restored retro 80s Mixte frame bike and her freewheel was spinning free in both directions. I sent her to Bier Fietsen thinking they would be a solid service choice. When she went in, she was met by condescension and a whole host of reasons why they would not work on it. The line was "No parts/probably needs a new wheel/ and then you might as well replace the bike" They told her to try the bike recycler shop, maybe he'll have parts for something so old" Fair enough to not want to work on it, but the attitude was 'why are you even doing this'. I ended up doing the fix myself, which in the end required no parts- it was just the pawls in the hub needing lube, and now it runs like a champ again. Saved a bit i guess, but definitely not a great experience and quite a bummer as I was hoping to use this shop for the whole fleet.

Today I went to pick up my Urban Arrow from a maintenance and received a 5 star customer service from Loeky! Great technical knowledge and great sensitivity to listen the client’s and deliver a great service

Although they warned me it would take 'a few day's to repair my tire, they texted the next day to say my bike was ready. I also checked the charged price with a friend who worked in a bike shop for 15 years and apparently Beer Fietsen charged a very reasonable fee. So I'm a satisfied customer.
