I am not satisfied with the service of this bike shop. I came to pick up my bike after I ordered it. I had to wait a long time until it was my turn because another customer was being served. Can happen. But not a word to me. When the gentleman was done with this customer he went to chat with someone else for a long time, which had nothing to do with cycling. And I just wait. Not a single word and no excuse afterwards either. It also turned out that a luggage carrier expander costs 7 euros on a first visit, then 20 euros and then suddenly even more expensive.
I will never go there again.
Recently bought my second bike here Professional shop with pleasant staff. Recommended if you are looking for a good bicycle shop in The Hague to buy a bicycle or for maintenance.
