My visit to this place was a "unique" experience. I went there at 9.00 in the morning holding two bikes. I waited for 10 minutes to open "properly" their store (bring out all the bikes etc) and then a guy asks me "what do I need?". After explaining the few repairs that both bikes required the guy replied that as a matter of policy they do not fix bikes of other brands...
I guess he could not have explained this great policy from the beginning... He need me to wait for 10' and explain all the small problems of the bikes..
General feel: these people does not care for bikes and to help they care for money.
We found Kemper bikes sales through the Internet. During the visit we were very well adviced in the various options and brands of bikes. According to the requirements and needs we had, a bike was suggested. We bought our folding bikes during the visit, and in the same visit the optional items were mounted in their own workshop. Really a "1stop shop". All compliments.
Had my Brompton serviced and repaired here. Made a reservation and brought it in; it was ready on time and I was pleased with the reasonable low cost. Definitely will come again.
