I have been twice now and found it a comforting experience both times during a very unpleasant event. When my first dog had to be put to sleep, I ended up on the Nootdorp site and I found it so commercial that I didn't want to know about it. But when my dog ​​Max passed away, I got this address and I don't regret going. They are sweet, committed and took their time. It was such a comfort that when my chicken that was always running in and out was dead, I brought her there too. Putting her in a box and burying her didn't feel right with this animal and then I suddenly thought of the funeral home. Now she is standing here in a heart tin and that feels like the right choice.

In a terribly sad situation, where you have to say goodbye to your 'buddy', this foundation is ready for you. Nothing is too much to ask, there is understanding, there is thought and compassion.

What a great experience! A very sweet man who came to get our little darling. He took his time, and he also asked if we wanted to put her in the basket ourselves. We wanted to walk to the car, this was no problem either. Everything was explained very calmly and clearly. We have been in contact by phone several times, and nothing was too much! We made a nice text for the cremation certificate ourselves, and they copied this perfectly! We have chosen a beautiful urn for our girl, this one is beautifully printed! Nothing but praise!
