Lissese Pharmacy

The pharmacy is the worst one I have visited in the Netherlands. I went there to buy the medicine prescribed by the doctor. All 3 workers in the pharmacy have no knowledge about what this medicine is for and they did not help me at all. A big disappointment.

You are adventuring on the site the medication vending machine can be used 24/7 7 days a week, but that is not true, you remove the medication after 3 days due to lack of space. Buy or a larger medicine machine or adjust your text clearly on the site so not 7 days but max 3 days.

I needed an elastic gauze tube to pull over a lower leg so that no leukoplast need be used to hold a sterile gauze in place. This tube can prevent damaged tibial skin of the patient who has paper thin skin, and has a large wound on her tibia. The saleswoman indicated that she did not have this but that it could be ordered. She asked me for a product name, I didn't know that. I left the house almost without a tube. But at the exit at the hansaplast rack I have just looked closely and it turned out that these tubes were just hanging there. My remark to her that I was disappointed with her advice came back with the remark from her side, I only work here. To which I said that they at least equally could check with her colleagues. I want to give this advice to the pharmacy. Of course there are sometimes things that a saleswoman does not know, but there are plenty of colleagues walking around asking for help.

That pick-up machine is a really nice investment! Often busy, but waiting times are not too bad. It's a big pharmacy
