The funeral I write about played at the end of March, exactly at the time when the Corona measures were tightened considerably and therefore also for the funeral care. First of all, I am extremely happy to have found Bianca and I will tell you why. She took care of my mother's funeral from her heart. She was really there for us and did everything to take care of the funeral and the support there. She was just there for us, that's how it feels to us. Apart from this I would like to give you something else, because my mother was insured in kind and we would never have seen Bianca if I had not been so shocked by the detachment that was communicated when I called that my mother had died: One would be a skype interview to schedule the funeral and on top of that it was said that the body would be picked up immediately and that it could take 2 days before it could be taken to a morgue. My father could not understand this. The last few days that he could say goodbye to his wife would be shortened by 2 days! Disgusted by this conversation, I looked for alternatives and with some help I came across the funeral company Eigenstijl on Google. It felt good and that was already confirmed during the first conversation. Thank you Bianca for being there!

Dear Bianca and team, Thank you for the guidance and the beautiful but also special and certainly a very stylish funeral for our mom, grandma and grandma. You have been able to convert all wishes that we had, but also our ma, into reality, such as the wicker basket and the carriage and even more suggestions on your part. The peace that you radiate during this period and the funeral itself, gave us peace but also all those present. It has been experienced as very pleasant by everyone. Nothing was too much for you, not even your own design of the cards, but also thank you cards. I am glad I got to know you, you are just a TOP woman. January 18, 2020 was our mother's cremation. Bianca has arranged everything from the moment I called her, right up to and including the final interview (taking care of our mother together with her colleagues, discussing the wishes, what the possibilities were). Bianca understands her profession, she does this with a lot of love. Bianca, thank you for being there. Thanks to your support in this time, it makes everything a little more bearable. I wish you many more years in which you can practice this profession, and that you can give the loved ones this wonderful feeling of compassion and share it as I have experienced it. Bianca has supported us well in a difficult time. She arranged the funeral of my wife, mother and grandmother entirely to her wishes. She was easily accessible, thinking along, friendly, involved and kind. Whenever needed a home visit and did everything in good consultation. She also evaluates at the end to take tips. This was very nice. She answered all our questions and gave tips where we asked. She has a good network and everything was well taken care of. Bram did the funeral for my father-in-law who died in July (2 months after my mother, then we had Bianca). Bram is a calm, sweet and skilled man. He is also very open and thinking along. My mother-in-law was very up-to-date with his method and his calm, which he radiates whatever you need. He also thought of everything. He was there every day and he was also a support for my mother-in-law and for us. We look back to a nice and good conclusion what Bam has made possible. Our compliments go to the funeral style!
