Insurance is one of the most hated agencies and this company shows why. New insurance has overlooked the old insurance and has not canceled it. Then discovered double depreciation after a few months. Premium Comparer does not want to repay the double insured amount or cancel the insurance. If money is not available, any form of service will lapse

You cannot reach them by phone, the phone number is purely a limbo with referrals to the website. Nice and handy if you cannot be helped there. Never do business with this again, just send a registered letter.

I wanted to insure my motor yacht. Standard insurance for a very common boat. We made an application to this club weeks ago, it was actually already forgotten, because I never heard from them again and the boat has been insured for a long time with a great club. But today - at the end of the sailing season - I really got an answer from the premium comparator that "unfortunately there was no insurance company for my boat". As mentioned, the boat has been insured with another insurer for a long time after I was able to choose from dozens of offers from other insurers.
