This pharmacy is unable to prepare a prescription and issue it in one go. This pharmacy wants to force you to come at least 3x for a 1 prescription for a silly high blood pressure pill. The pharmacy also came up with an initial consultation for a medicine that I have been taking for 12 months. The information at the pharmacy is therefore not up to date. They just do something.

Do not say that a Medicine is no longer available because you do not want to buy it! #too expensive Maybe a slightly cheaper lamp (brand & vanegmond) as a business deduction next time!

On June 21, 2017 I was forced to get ear drops from my randomly chosen pharmacy "Middelburg". I live in breda and am camping near the sea. Had asked the doctor to send the prescription there. What I subsequently found at this pharmacy was mind-boggling. People draw a number and then sit down and wait for you to be called. At that time there were about fifteen people in the waiting area. Then there are only 3 or 4 assistants who help you, so I had to wait half an hour until it was my turn. In itself you know that employees cannot do anything about it, it is policy, there is either too little manpower or there are too many customers, but what is striking is the working method used, the ladies are constantly harassed by colleagues with questions, signing, view medicines from each other and pass them on to each other so that the waiting times continue to increase. It seems very chaotic. It is clear that people do not know how to use a proper adequate method. In short, only a one-time experience for me, I have to do with the other regular customers. Comments in the waiting area, "that's normal here", people walking away "too busy". The pinnacle was when it was my turn, an assistant just came by "may I disturb". I said something about this, as a result my assistant walked away and only came back after 5 minutes. I am sure of one thing. I will probably be called a difficult customer there because "you just have to wait and otherwise you will leave". Do you know that feeling, no visit pharmacy "Middelburg"
