Always very friendly and even if you didn't reserve medicine they will try to get it for you.

Staff are always friendly. But I stand there 9 out of 10 times for nothing because the medicines are not in. Often several days in a row, each time it is "tomorrow it comes in" and the next day it is again "tomorrow it comes in". Almost every prescription will put you there 2 or 3 times before you finally have your medication. It is a pity that they do not bother to call and say that the medicines you have already been to for free are still not available, so that you do not come again for nothing. It is a small problem that can be solved with a simple phone call, but it always ends in a major problem. Too bad this. In the past there was also stock, no idea what happened to it, but there is none.

Positive: the "takeaway safe" outside the store. Less positive: you sometimes have to wait a long time before you are helped in and it is not clear why, especially if you are the only customer. Sometimes other medicines are suddenly dispensed without consultation and explanation. You have to be very clear that this is not desired or not at all.

On Sundays there should be an emergency pharmacy open for chronically ill people.
