We purchased a used balance bike. After purchase we noticed the brake was noisy. Instead of correctly adjusting it, they greased the brake pads! Who greases brake pads, as a professionell? Back home from vacation, it took me half an hour to clean the mess and the brake’s still not working correctly!

Phoned to order a helmet we'd seen there a few weeks previous. Extremely friendly service (in English) and very quick turnaround. Lucienne even offered to wrap the helmet for me before sending it to the UK! All arranged within less than a day. Thank you!

Have everything you need that you don't need and still buy. Service left a lot to be desired. But it wasn't bad, so I could look around in peace
