Thanks for the reviews - I thought of buying but will go to Hilversum as advised.
Worthless company. No effort to give advice, and contradict the advice of the producer in the hope of selling something. A warned person counts for two, buy your bicycle trailer elsewhere. I went to fietskar.nl myself, just in Hilversum. Much better, at least they are customer-friendly and help to find a solution to a posed problem.
Ordered a coupling for bicycle trailer coupling. € 17 - quite expensive for a small and simple part. Received nothing after 16 days. Bad communication (no or slow response to e-mail).
