Jelle is a wonderfull guy and his shop is great! Thanks again for the help to fix my bike to continue travelling south ! I advise you to visit him!!!

Very disappointed with the service. We were on a cycling tour trip around Holland and needed a replacement stem for one of the bikes. The shop did not have a new part but offered a used one for €50! Told that it’s a very rare part and of high quality!! We had no other options because we were miles away from areas with other bike shops. Accepted and paid, when left the shop noted 2 of the Allen Key screw heads were damaged and not usable. Returned the part back to the shop, received full refund but they were quite unhappy to return it. Luckily we were in Rotterdam for our next stop and bought a brand new part for €18.99. Have delt with many bike shops in the past and all were extremely helpful, this is the first time felt being exploited for being in need and miles away from help. Would not recommend if you are in similar situation.

If you don't come for a racing bike you are not interesting enough !!!!!! Customer-friendliness should also be considerably improved!
