Two-wheeler service Van der Zande BV is a very customer-oriented and customer-friendly company. I recently had a breakdown there with my Sym Orbit II of 2012, the power dropped quickly, the fuel meter dropped quickly and the scooter stank terribly. Ridden very carefully to Oud-Vossemeer, the helpful and competent employee Mr. van den Kieboom (Marcel) knew very quickly what the problem was and indicated that it would be an expensive repair. I have agreed with the agreed amount. They were kind enough to take me to the bus stop by car so that I could go home again (a good distance ...) On Tuesday the mechanic called that he could buy a new engine and that this would not increase the price, I naturally agreed. Picked up the scooter on Saturday, they had put a lot of work into it because, among other things, the exhaust was slightly different, so they had already lost more hours than budgeted. I am heading home, just before I got home, a big blow, power gone, having to push the scooter the last few hundred meters home, the store was already closed, I had to wait until Tuesday. The scooter was picked up on Wednesday and brought to Oud-Vossemeer. It turned out that the engine was not good (not the fault of Van der Zande BV), they then decided to completely overhaul the old engine, this was a considerable expense for them, the scooter was ready again on Saturdays, I was again neatly picked up at the bus stop and was able to go home on a good scooter. This setback for the company did not change the friendliness of Marcel and the other people on the team. In short: A company that they can be proud of and that I warmly recommend.
