Bad service, a bike of 4 wheels was totally dirty. When getting on and off you got your clothes dirty. Even the chain was totally covered in mud. As a result, the chain no longer switched properly and was just fooling around. There was no air in the rear tire. The front brake did not work properly on another bicycle. After a 6 km drive, we decided to bring the bikes back and only pay for the bikes for that one day. That then led to a great discussion. After we complained about the dirty bike, the landlord said I can give you another mountain bike. I was really shocked! First you get a broken and dirty bike and if you complain a bit, you get a better bike. We brought the bikes back at noon at noon and paid for that day in full. And the landlord complained that he couldn't rent the bikes that day. Then I had to tell him that the bikes were all paid for that day and that he didn't lose a cent for that day. In the end I got my money back for the remaining 3 days.

Only recommended. Very competent, and works very precisely! We have now bought 4 bikes there. 2 E Bike and 2 Citybike. Advice was great and some extras even included in the service. You can only recommend! Spare parts and accessories that are not in stock are ordered immediately and are also delivered quickly. We will be back.

Nice staff and good rental bikes at reasonable prices. Wheels were new and of good quality. There was an extra lock for free on request. Worth a recommendation.
