I have one of an off-road model, which is a good bike and I also had fun with it. It cycles smoothly and effortlessly up a slope. But unfortunately after almost 1 year, the battery started to break, I could not use it at all, and I brought the battery back to the shop who would arrange that for the new one because it is still under warranty. Unfortunately after 5 wks I still didn't hear anything while I need that bike every day for my work. I would advise everyone to think again if you are going to buy this brand. Good bike only if it breaks and the service is very bad!
