had gone to the store last week to buy ebike but was very disappointed. Info had to be pulled from the salesman and a test ride on a bike where the display immediately jumped into error code and he reacted laconically. Later I was finally offered to call when that error code was resolved, but then I had already lost the desire to buy here.

I had known the Thools company for a long time and was already impressed by the high level of service, the professional knowledge and the customer-friendliness. When I was interested in an e-bike, I checked again with a friend and he also gave a lot about the Tweewielercentrum Tholen and the expertise in e-bikes. Then another buddy invited to buy an e-bike. Have visited the store. David has informed us soberly and expertly. Then bought two e-bikes with a bicycle carrier. In case of an appointment, the e-bike was delivered shortly. Good (technical) explanation, helpful with mounting the bicycle carrier etc. etc. In short, nothing but praise. Apart from the good bit of entrepreneurship. Bike Totaal Tholen Tweewielercentrum has recently moved to a new shop, renovated and renovated, in the heart of the Thools town with an excellent appearance. With a wide range and a variety of choices, well worth a visit and purchase.
