Praise to the mechanic: the door single-handedly removed, laid flat and refitted. But also cleaned the rails, window frames, etc.

We had an appointment between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM and the technician finally arrived at 12:15 PM. That was a shame, but we soon realized it was worth the wait. Our old locks were old, so it took some doing for the new ones to work properly. The mechanic did not rest until he was completely satisfied, even though it was originally a day off for him. After 2.5 hours everything was ready and we are really very satisfied with the result

Good fast service but mega expensive. If you forget your key, the help service starting rate is € 165. No matter what. Then any other costs are added when she has to break open your locks, I did not have those costs, but I understand that they are normal. € 165 euros are only the call-out costs!
