We had a very nice stay, the penthouse (Kabbelaarsbank penthouse "De Parelduiker") was very bright with a wonderful view. It was also very clean. Thank you to BHVK team!
Great company to rent the perfect houses🍾
We have already spent several wonderful holiday weeks in the great holiday homes of BHVK (most recently in August / September 2020). Everything was excellent! The BHVK team deserves special mention! It works very quickly and is always extremely friendly. Super Service! Everything is therefore highly recommended!

Poor and very "inexperienced" staff for me abracadabra that this lady can speak about complaints, and may / will write mails that are totally incorrect!
Disagreements with the lady from the beginning as she sent an email that was incorrect.
After a telephone conversation with this lady in question, she was cheeky too!
Her confirmation in the telephone conversation in connection with the earlier disagreement with her, now caught out of rancor, most likely with the surety.
On arrival a very dirty house (the entire kitchen floor stuck over at least 2 m2
Ordered 4 towel packages that smelled.
Toilet with a black view ... where soapy water has never been used.
We left a day earlier and left some signs ....
PAID FOR CLEANING OF THE PROPERTY!
Deposit received by mail is not refunded .... how customer unfriendly can one be.
A great manager!
Booked a holiday home on-line. Everything TOP arranged; pleasant reception at the office, by Tessa, clear explanation, nice and clean house. The Christmas tree was even decorated, a REAL one, and outside the Christmas decorations hung along the fence .. Very thoughtful. We will definitely make a reservation on-line again! BHVK, highly recommended for a carefree holiday.
